These words are often attributed to the Mazatec curandera María Sabina, who carried the mushroom tradition into wider awareness beyond her people.
The medicine is not something external that fixes you. It is a living ally that reveals what is already within you and invites you into deeper relationship with your own capacity for healing, truth, and growth.
I began this path years ago because I carried a quiet knowing that life held more than what my years of meditation and personal development had yet revealed. There was a question in my soul that had no language, only a pull. I needed direct contact with the Divine.
The medicine opened that doorway for me. It did not give me something new. It returned me to myself and fundamentally changed how I relate to creation, spirit, and responsibility.
Out of sacred reciprocity and a sincere desire to serve, I answered the call to guide others who feel drawn to this work. Not to lead them, but to walk beside them with care, discernment, and respect for the power of these traditions.
Sacred medicine has shaped humanity since the beginning. It is a sacrament, a teacher, and a mirror. It is not for everyone, but for those who feel called, it can reveal the deepest layers of the soul and restore connection to what has been forgotten.

Preparation Services
The decision to journey with the help of a sacred medicine is not a decision to make lightly. These substances are the most powerful psychoactive substances known to humanity. They will show you the hidden aspects of your soul and unravel the fabric of reality. This can one of the top experiences of your lifetime. Having the right preparation will help to create an experience that can change your life.
(Please note that newcomers to medicine work are strongly encouraged to have guided sessions before solo journeys)
Facilitation Services
Whether one is new to journeying or is experienced but could use some support, having an experienced guide can make the difference. I currently offer one-on-one ceremonies with group ceremonies restarting in 2025. The process begins with an application followed by a free consultation to see if we are the right fit.
Facilitation includes: Preparation, Ceremony, and Integration services.
Integration Services
The real magic begins once the ceremony has concluded. How we ground our experiences into our daily lives determines whether the ceremony was a life changing, threshold moment or a fun sightseeing tour. Integration is an active and engaged process that ensures that the journey continues well beyond the ceremony.
Preparation and Integration Services are available to everyone regardless of whether or not we share a ceremony.
