What is Brain Based Training? 

Brain Based Training teaches your team soft skills that are grounded in how the brain works so that when your team uses the skills they have acquired they do so with confidence and purpose.  

Why Brain Based Training? 

In addition to building skills that your members can be confident in using the trainings are also designed with your team members in mind.  Each training is designed and taught in ways that leverage the brain's natural learning ability which increases the likelihood of information and skills retention and use.  Because of this, these trainings are interactive.  Your team will participate in exercises to help support the integration of the new skills.  

What Trainings Are Offered? 

Below are the standard trainings I offer. I tailors these as well as design new courses to meet your organization's training needs.  

Body Language and Rapport Trainings

Only 7% of human communication is in the words we use.  The remaining 93% is in unconsciously tracked through tonality, gestures, eye movement, and other changes in physiology.  We normally consciously track only the words being used while unconsciously we make decisions and judgements about people based on the information we are seeing and hearing through their nonverbal communication.  When you and your team develop proficiency in reading these cues, communication becomes easier, miscommunication is avoided, clients are happier, and sales increase.  

Phone and 'Live Chat" Training 

Whether you do phone consultations/ sales, have to trouble shoot with clients via text, or connect with other professionals, having strong phone/ messaging skills is essential.  This training goes beyond script based phone calls and gives your team the skills that will improve business through phone and written formats.  Your team members will learn how to build rapport quickly, hear your prospects' and clients' emotional states, side step objections, and know when to ask for the close. 

 

Leading With 3 Brains 

This training introduces team leaders and managers the 3 Brains principle and presents leadership strategies that leverage the Heads, Hearts, and Guts of their team.  

Presentation Skills 

Giving presentations is one of the biggest stressors many professionals face.  This training teaches presenters how to manage fears of public speaking; how to efficiently organize content so audiences understanding and remember quickly; and how to deliver that content in an engaging manner.
